HISPANIC PROGRAM

The purpose of the program is to provide focus on issues such as employment, promotion, training, and career enhancement affecting Hispanic employees and applicants in NRCS.

  • Ensure that the Hispanic community receives equal treatment in all aspects of employment.

  • Increase the number of underrepresented groups in professional, administrative, technical, clerical, and other occupations.

  • Provide opportunities to participate in training and training programs, such as career enhancement, graduate studies, and others.

  • Encourage the participation of Hispanics in all NRCS-sponsored programs and activities; and

  • Provide a network of professional support for underrepresented groups in NRCS.
