WV NRCS Mentoring Program
The West Virginia Mentoring program is designed to provide assistance and
guidance to new employees, student trainees, and current employees as they
explore options and plan career growth strategies at NRCS.
All current employees may request a mentor at any time and become a protégé by
filling out an application and submitting it to the Human Resources Manager.
Mentors may be selected from a pool of volunteers or at the request of the
protégé. The Human Resources Manager is currently
overseeing the program and accepting applicant’s profiles for Mentoring and
Protégé positions. More information is available at the following links:
