Jim Piper Retires
Jim Piper recently retired after over 33 years of service. From December
1999 to October 2004 he was the Assistant State Conservationist for Operations
and the Farm Bill in the West Virginia State Office in Morgantown. A dinner to
honor Jim was held on November 20, 2004.
