Michael J. Marks, 55, of Milton, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, Sept. 19,
2007, at Hospice House of Huntington due to colon cancer. He was employed by the
USDA, NRCS for 33 years, the last 27 as District Conservation for Cabell and
Wayne counties.
